I’m Niklas, a Software Engineer who enjoys building things, solving problems and exploring how technology can make everyday life a little better.

I mainly work with backend development and the .NET ecosystem. I enjoy understanding how systems fit together, building integrations and finding simple, thoughtful solutions to complex problems.

I’m naturally curious and like learning by doing. Whether it’s exploring a new technology, improving a development workflow or starting a side project, I enjoy the process just as much as the result.

When I’m not working with code, you’ll probably find me doing one of a few things.

    Training & fitness

    I enjoy strength training and working towards getting a little stronger, better and more consistent. I like having something to work towards and seeing progress over time.

    Technology beyond work

    I’m a bit of a technology enthusiast even outside my day job. Smart home automation, Home Assistant and finding clever ways to connect everyday devices are things I genuinely enjoy experimenting with.

  3. 03

    A soft spot for ice cream

    Not everything has to be technical or productive. I’m also a big ice cream enthusiast. A good scoop of ice cream is hard to turn down.

What keeps me curious

I’m always interested in discovering something new, whether it’s a technical idea, a different way of thinking or something completely unrelated to software.

I believe curiosity makes life more interesting — and makes us better at what we do.
